Have you made plans for keeping in shape?  We don't want to stiffen up over time, do we?  Our friendly Tai chi class is for YOU!  Tai chi is done from a standing position.  We offer gentle repetitive movements that will increase your range of motion, give relief to knees, hips, and shoulder joints, help in maintaining balance (so you won't be prone to falls) and give your mind a work-out.  Learning new skills prevents mental decline!  Beginner students will have more one on one assistance if needed.
