Dance - Hip Hop (Session 1 - Jan - March)
American Dance Academy offers classes from September 2024 through May 2025 in all dance genres. These enjoyable yet structured classes use a graded system of dance. Class attire: Students 7 and under wear light pink leotards, light pink tights, pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Ages 8 and over wear black leotards and dance clothing, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes and nude or pink tights. Hip Hop students wear loose fitting clothes & sneakers or hip hop shoes. Used shoes will be available. Intermediate and advanced students will need to meet with an instructor for proper class placement. All classes are held at the Gates Community Center, 1605 Buffalo Road.Classes with previous instruction necessary are marked with a *Registration for these classes requires instructor approval.No Classes held on:

Lifespan proudly offers the Aging Mastery Program (AMP) designed to inform and encourage as you take steps to improve your lives and engage with our community.Longer life means that today's older adults have opportunities, as well as challenges, unknown to previous generations. Longer life also brings new challenges for both older adults and caregivers. No one understands the new face of aging better than the professionals at Lifespan.Class topics include: Navigating Longer Lives, Exercise & You, Sleep, Healthy Eating & Hydration, Financial Fitness, Medication Management, Advanced Planning, Healthy Relationships, Fall Prevention, and Community Engagement.
